Help Desk Analyst: Tier 1 Support Specialist

Online Career Training Program Updates

CTP Update #1

We recently changed the titles of two career training programs to make their content clearer, allowing you to attract a larger audience.

Both programs now include optional internship opportunities to make the learning experience more robust. In addition, the price for one program has been significantly reduced.

Program 1:

Old Title: Alternative Dispute Resolution Certificate

New Title: Certified Alternative Dispute Resolution Specialist

This program has been listed at 180 hours but will now be listed at 240 hours, as an optional 60-hour internship opportunity is now available for students. This does not reflect any change to the program content.

This program was previously priced at $4,195 SRP and will now be priced at $2,995 SRP.

Program 2:

Old Title: CORE Mediation Certificate

New Title: Certified Mediator

This program has been listed at 60 hours. It will now be listed at 120 hours, as an optional 60-hour internship opportunity is now available for students. This does not reflect any change to the program content, and the SRP remains $1,595.


CTP Update #2

We recently made a change in the price and hours of the CompTIA™ Security+ Certification Training program.

This program, previously listed in the catalog at 120 hours will now be listed at 80 hours. This reflects changes to the structure of the program, but the amount of material covered and the learning objectives remain the same. The SRP is also changing from $1,695 to $1,495.

This program prepares students to take the Security+ certification exam, which designates individuals as knowledgeable professionals in the field of security, one of the fastest-growing fields in IT.

We recommend that you change the titles of these programs in your online catalog and change the price of the first program. To change the title or price of any program in your catalog, simply log into your ed2go Online Administration Center, click the "Catalog" tab, select "Course Catalog," and then click the title or price of the program you wish to edit.
