May 2010 - ed2go Updates

We recently sent out a communication that we are planning to discontinue several ed2go Online Courses and Career Training Programs at the close of enrollment for our August 2010 sections. If you have not had a chance to read this message, we have included a list of the courses below.

Please note that your students will still be able to enroll in any open sections of these courses until August 31, 2010. You may remove these courses from your Online Instruction Center at an earlier date, if you wish.

  • Design Projects for Adobe Illustrator CS2

  • Creating Web Pages II
  • Introduction to QuickBooks 2007
  • Introduction to QuickBooks 2008
  • Performing Payroll in QuickBooks 2007
  • QuickBooks 2007 for Contractors

If you have not had an opportunity to remove the Online Courses from your Online Instruction Center by August 31, 2010, we will automatically remove them for you at that time.

Verification Deadlines

The April session began on Wednesday, April 21st. If you have students who paid you directly, you will need to verify their enrollment on the Roster in your Online Administration Center. The Roster Verification Deadline was Tuesday, April 27th. If your students were not verified by the 27th, they lost access to the classroom. However, you will still have until the Verification Grace Period ends on Tuesday, May 4th to verify your students. For any late verifications after May 4th, we will charge a $10 late verification fee to grant your students access to the April session.
