New Roster Management Tool

You may have recently seen a new item under the Tracking Link on your Online Administration Center for Online Courses called – Roster Management  New! Based on feedback we have received on how you manage your rosters we have now created a new tool that will give you more options and flexibility. 

Features include:

  • View rosters by session month
  • View rosters by course title
  • View rosters by verification status
  • View rosters by student (first name, last name, email address)
  • Verify “All” feature
  • Download to Excel
  • Send emails by verification status

New Student Log In Page

In our continuing efforts to improve your ed2go products we have recently redesigned the student log in page for your online courses. By showing returning and new students in a side-by-side design new students can now easily find how to create an account when enrolling in a course for the first time. As always, if you have any questions about this feature, please contact your Account Manager.

ed2go Verification Deadlines

The August session began on Wednesday, August 18th. If you have students who paid you directly, you will need to verify their enrollment on the Roster in your Online Administration Center. The Roster Verification Deadline was Tuesday, August 24th. If your students were not verified by the 24th, they lost access to the classroom. However, you will still have until the Verification Grace Period ends on Tuesday, August 31st to verify your students. For any late verifications after August 31st, we will charge a $10 late verification fee to grant your students access to the August session.
